This multi-million dollar listing in Mount Pleasant is a heritage home that was renovated with contemporary finishes. We worked with seller’s staging budget, and suggested to stage the main floor, master suite, and two of the remaining four bedrooms with more challenging layouts to showcase the property in its best light possible.

The first bedroom was decent sized, but the two walls with windows created challenge. We used a twin bed to maximize the space, and also added a desk to showcase the practicality of the room.

The second bedroom on the third floor has a nook, which we showed as an additional work space.
