An older property doesn’t need to look dated, but dark wood furniture dates the property. For an occupied staging project, we try to use the homeowner’s pieces as much as possible, while removing dated pieces. We brought in lighter coloured furniture pieces and accents for this property to bring in a light and airy vibe, making the home more welcoming.
